(KTLA) -- MTV is ending one of its most notorious and long-running shows, “Ridiculousness,” sources familiar confirmed to NewsNation's KTLA on Friday morning.
As of Halloween, no more original episodes of the 14-year-long series will be produced. Instead, new, previously produced first-run episodes will continue to air on MTV to finish out the 2026 season, sources say.
Ridiculousness premiered on MTV on Aug. 29, 2011, and has run for 46 seasons since. The comedy series features clips of “ridiculous” videos pulled from the internet, which are then played for and critiqued by the host, Rob Dyrdek, and his co-hosts and guests.
TMZ first reported the news on Friday morning, saying the cancellation was made by “the network’s top brass,” and that the decision was relayed to the cast and crew
