Halloween is all about creativity, but your costume choice can also reveal clues about your mood, confidence, and even your mindset.

Dr. Sharzard Jalili, a clinical psychologist, says if you're dressing as a superhero, that could mean you feel powerful or ready to take charge.

A funny costume could mean you're the entertainer of the group, and if you go scary, it could mean you are trying to own a part of yourself that you usually suppress.
