BATTLE CREEK - A successful season finished on a sour note as Harper Creek saw its season come to an end.

Grand Rapids Christian upset No. 9 Harper Creek 21-13 in first round action in a Division 4 high school football playoff game at Harper Creek High School on Friday, Oct. 31.

The loss comes after Harper Creek won its second straight Interstate 8 Conference league title and finished the regular season at 8-1.
