OSHKOSH, Wis. (WFRV) - "Trick or Treat!"
It's a phrase many kids learn at a young age during Halloween, going door-to-door to get as much candy as they can, and that was no different this year in Oshkosh.
Once it began, costumes and candy took over the street, and seeing many getting into the spirit of the season is something Kiley Krumenaur enjoys.
"I love the fact that they are sitting out here and we are actually able to talk to them, so we just moved not too long ago, so to meet some of our new neighbors and get to talk to them, it's great."
Without a doubt, when you go trick-or-treating, you're going to see some creative costumes, like the Cookie Monster, Super Mario and even some homemade costumes to make you laugh.
