MURRYSVILLE, Pa. —

Pittsburgh's Action News 4 is learning about nearly 200 layoffs coming for employees of Philips Respironics.

The Murrysville, Upper Burrell and East Huntingdon locations in Westmoreland County will lay off 196 workers starting Dec. 31, according to the notice .
