SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) -- Even the smallest kiddos have been getting into the Halloween spirit.
London is in the Avera NICU after being born at 26 weeks.
"She did have a twin with her. He sadly didn't make it, but he fought hard so we were happy enough to spend a couple hours with him, but she is doing amazing so far. We couldn't be more happy," London's Mom Macey Lanners said.
The family got to make a special Halloween memory this week.
NICU staff made costumes for the tiny patients.
"NICU is usually a very emotional stay, and so being able to bring some of that normalcy into the NICU stay, less clinical, being able to celebrate with their kids is fun," Koehn said.
London's costume was a poodle skirt.
Other costumes included Fred Flintstone and a sunflower.
"I love anytime that
