SALT LAKE CITY — The No. 7 American Fork Cavemen squeaked out a one-point win over the No. 10 Lehi Pioneers in the second round of the 6A high school football on Friday.

Lehi’s Legend Glasker did his best to keep the Pioneers in it, running in both of the team’s touchdowns in the first half.

On the other side, quarterback Nate Childs also had two scores, and it was the third to Christian Hanshaw that would ultimately prove to be the difference in the 21-20 win.

American Fork will face No. 2 Skyridge on Friday, November 7, in the quarterfinals.
