GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The playoffs are HERE West Michigan! It's everything our football teams have been working towards all season. What teams will advance and what teams would be knocked out in week one of the post-season?

13 On Your Sidelines was at games across West Michigan catching all the action as teams gave their all, vying for the state title.

Game of the Week:

Cedar Spring traveled to East Grand Rapids for both teams first post-season matchup. Cedar Spring finished the regular season 8-1 while East Grand Rapids was 7-2.

Both teams went into the district final matchup riding a five-game winning streak. Some experts believe their district might be the toughest in the state in division three.
