KNOX — At the beginning of Sectional 25’s semifinal match-up, Knox quarterback Myles McLaughlin was 271 yards from the Indiana high school career rushing record with No. 8 Griffith standing in the way. It took McLaughlin one offensive play into the third quarter to get there.
Like many of Knox’s successful offensive plays en route to the No. 4-ranked team's 50-35 win, they lined up for the record breaker on the right hash with double tight ends, double wingbacks and McLaughlin by himself in the backfield with no wide receivers on the outside.
