No treat, just trick: Columbia football embarrassed at home by Bolles

LAKE CITY — Even in the closing seconds, Columbia football couldn’t catch a break.

The Tigers trailed 31-0 vs. Bolles. Less than a minute stood on the clock. The game was over, but CHS held a chance to avoid a home shutout on senior night.

Jeffrey Pope had the ball at the one yard line when it fell out of his hands. Bolles fell on the rock in the end zone for the touchback.
