Chelsea make the short trip from SW6 to N17 this afternoon as they size up a derby clash with arch-rivals Tottenham.

The two sides had mixed fortunes in the Carabao Cup this week. Tottenham found themselves knocked out of the tournament by Newcastle as they lost 2-0 at St James’ Park , while Chelsea progressed with a narrow win over Wolves.

They did not do it the easy way, though. After leading 3-0 at half-time, they resisted a second-half retort from their hosts to edge out a 4-3 win, sealed by Jamie Gittens’ late thunderbolt.
