With Fort Bragg such a big part of our community, Veterans Day holds a special meaning for those of us in Cumberland County.

A handful of events are planned to commemorate Veterans Day, which is held annually on Nov. 11.

The Cumberland County Veterans Council's 2025 Veterans Day Parade starts at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1, in downtown Fayetteville.
