TORONTO – The 2025 Major League Baseball season that started March 18 in Toyko ends tonight in Canada.

And the defending champion Los Angeles Dodgers, who took part in the first regular-season game at the Tokyo Dome, are hoping their final game continues a post-season streak — the road team has won the last four Game 7s in the World Series.

The Toronto Blue Jays and the Dodgers will play in a seventh and deciding game at Rogers Centre, with the winner receiving the coveted Commissioner’s Trophy.
