Nouvel holds off Michigan Lutheran Seminary, claims D8 playoff win to sweep Cardinals

This year, Nouvel Catholic Central completed the sweep, earning a first-round Division 8 win over rival Michigan Lutheran Seminary.

The Panthers claimed a 34-28 win Friday, improving to 8-2 and earning a second-round matchup at 10-0 Beal City in the district final. Beal City topped Mount Pleasant Sacred Heart, 49-7.
