Wynn Diegel put together a heroic game, lifting Midland Dow to a 51-15 win Friday to earn Saginaw-area Friday Night Hero honors.

Diegel, a 6-foot-3 junior, threw for more than 300 yards as Dow improved to 9-1 with a win over 5-5 Waterford Mott, earning another home game in a Division 2 district final against 5-5 East Lansing.
