AUSTINTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) - Halloween has passed, and that means we're getting closer to holidays.

Some people enjoy the train circling beneath the Christmas tree, and this weekend, there will be plenty of trains on display at the 2025 Model Train Open House.

"We have three operating railroads here...and we have lots of things on them. The HO scale has a full steel mill that's animated. We have an amusement park. We have a reproduction of the rocket ride from Idora Park. We have downtown Youngstown, the center of town as it was in the 1950s," said Bruce Silvernail, treasurer of the Youngstown Model Railroad Association.
