Week 10 of the 2025 college football season continues with an intriguing SEC battle as the Vanderbilt Commodores visit the Texas Longhorns on Saturday afternoon.

The Commodores come in as a top-10 team in the nation and have won two straight games against ranked opponents. They beat LSU and Missouri at home and now sit at 7-1 overall and 3-1 in the SEC.

The Longhorns come into Saturday on a three-game winning streak, but they may be without Arch Manning after he suffered a concussion in their win over Mississippi State in overtime.

  • Spread: Texas -2.5 (-110), Vanderbilt +2.5 (-110)

Texas vs Vanderbilt prediction, pick:

The big question mark in this game is the status of Arch Manning. He was in the concussion protocol during the week and is questionable to play. Even with him in, the Longhorns' offense has struggled. The defense has been playing well, though. Diego Pavia has been great for the Commodores, but has struggled recently. This looks like it is going to be a defensive battle, and we trust Pavia more to get it done. Vanderbilt wins a close one.

Prediction: Vanderbilt 20, Texas 17

Best Bet: Vanderbilt +115, Under 44.5
