David Van Hook powered a strong rushing game for second-seeded Wayne Hills in its 21-20 victory against seventh-seeded Sparta in the quarterfinal round of the NJSIAA/Xfinity North Jersey, Section 1, Group 3 Tournament in Wayne.

Wayne Hills is led not just by its talented seniors, but also by some of its underclassmen. Junior quarterback James Wolf led the Patriots into the matchup against Sparta having split reps at quarterback with several other teammates.
