What do Indigenous peoples want for the Hughes land?

A ballot question proposing a multiuse vision for the former Hughes Stadium site in Fort Collins has one unusual stipulation: It requires the city to consult with Native American tribes and the Indigenous community throughout the process.

But what exactly would that look like? And what do Indigenous groups want for the site?
