An investigation has been launched after a teenager was stabbed in Birmingham .
West Midlands Police and paramedics were called to Old Walsall Road, by Hamstead Station, in Hamstead, around 9.15pm on Friday (October 31), where they found a 15-year-old male with stab injuries.
He was conveyed to hospital and cordons were placed around the centre of Hamstead.

Fortunately, his injuries were not said to be life-threatening, and enquiries are underway to establish what happened.
The police tape was taken down on Saturday morning.
