Mangaluru, Nov 1: The 70th Kannada Rajyotsava was celebrated with great joy and patriotic fervour at Ladyhill English Medium Higher Primary School (ICSE). The school campus was beautifully decorated in red and yellow, radiating pride and love for our motherland, Karnataka.

The programme was graced by the esteemed presence of Suchitra Shetty, M Ed and M A in Kannada and history, lecturer at Shree Gokarnanatheshwara B Ed College, who was the chief guest of the day. The other dignitaries present were principal Sr Jenifer Moras AC, vice principals Sr Jocelyn AC and Lavita Correa, and Paresh Narendra, PTA vice president.

The celebration commenced with the inauguration by the chief guest, followed by the soulful rendition of the State Anthem. A prayer service was then conducted
