The Meridian Centre in downtown St. Catharines will be holding a watch party for the seventh and final game of the World Series Saturday night.
The Los Angeles Dodgers extended the Series Friday, beating the Toronto Blue Jays 3-1. It forced a Game 7 tonight, starting at 8:08 p.m. Doors to the Meridian Centre will open at 7:30 p.m.
Entry will be permitted to the free event until 9 p.m. or until capacity is reached.
The watch party will benefit St. Catharines Community Care, with visitors asked to bring non-perishable food items to donate.
Concessions will be open throughout the game, with special Blue Jays-themed cocktails offered.
The Blue Jays will be trying to win their first World Series since 1993.
