SCHENECTADY - A Niskayuna man has been arrested, accused of threatening two Schenectady elected officials and their supporters, city police said.

Subhash Sukhram, 40, of Niskayuna, was arrested and charged with two counts of second-degree aggravated harassment and one count of making a threat of mass harm, misdemeanors, police said.
