Chinese Ambassador to India Xu Feihong congratulated Kerala on its historic achievement in ending extreme poverty. "Warm congratulations to Kerala on its historic achievement in ending extreme poverty. To eliminate poverty is the common mission of humanity," the Chinese ambassador wrote.
