Phoenix mobile home residents face 800% water bill increases from errors

Residents of Villa Carmel in north Phoenix, a 55+ manufactured home community, faced water bills that increased by more than 800% due to errors by a third-party billing company. ABC15's Lillian Donahue spoke with those affected.
