SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- It's the first weekend of November and it will be a gorgeous one!

High pressure is in place which brings quiet conditions and warming weather. Wide blue skies are expected with only a cloud or two streaming through. Weekend temperatures will run about 5-8 degrees above average across the state. Daytime highs will top out in the mid 60s for most of the state, upper 60s to low 70s in southern Utah, and the St. George metro should reach the upper 70s. We could see periods of haze in northern Utah valleys thanks to inversion, but it doesn't seem like it will build too bad.

Remember, this weekend is the time when we "fall back" with our clocks. Remember to set those clocks back an hour before you head to bed Saturday night. Daylight Saving Time officially ends Sunday
