POUGHKEEPSIE – Poughkeepsie City and State Police arrested three people on drug charges following execution of a search warrant at a residence on May Street in Poughkeepsie on October 29.

The search resulted in the seizure of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

As a result of the investigation, police arrested Arnold Falgiano, 40, and Jaclynn Padro, 41, on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance as a felony and criminal use of drug paraphernalia as a misdemeanor.

Police also arrested Steven Watson, 56, of Poughkeepsie on two counts of felony drug possession and a misdemeanor of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

All three were arraigned in Poughkeepsie City Court with Falgiano released on his own recognizance. Padro was committed to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu
