SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - The City of Sioux Falls announced several road construction projects that will begin on Monday, November 3, and will impact travel within parts of the city.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 3, 2025, the outside southbound lane of South Kiwanis Avenue will be closed between 26th Street and 33rd Street. The west sidewalk will be closed, and pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the east sidewalk.
Dave’s Construction LLC will be doing utility work. This work is expected to be completed and traffic control removed by the end of the day on Friday, November 7, 2025.
