Access to some of your favorite banks, restaurants, and retailers in Baxter will suddenly be restricted, with the current turn lanes being removed, denying the direct access you currently have.

This may sound extreme, but this is exactly the design that has been presented to the Baxter City Council for approval by MnDOT.
