Jamaica's Prime Minister Andrew Holness observed catastrophic damage in Westmoreland Parish, after Category 5 Hurricane Melissa made landfall. He interacted and spoke directly with some of the locals affected by the vast destruction. “The people have not lost their spirit here in Westmoreland and we will recover together,” he said in a post.
