CINCINNATI (WXIX) -A Cincinnati City Council candidate running for Cincinnati City Council was arrested days before the election and is accused of breaking into the home of a Republican contender for a Cincinnati congressional seat.
Jail records indicate that Kevin Farmer is facing one count of burglary and one count of violating a protection order.
According to a criminal complaint, Farmer is accused of breaking into Rosemary Oglesby-Henry’s home early Saturday morning.
Oglesby-Henry is running against Democrat Greg Landsman, for the U.S. House of Representatives in Ohio’s 1st Congressional District.
The complaint states that there is video evidence of the incident.
Another criminal complaint states that he violated a protection order.
This is not the first time he has been arrested
