Yankees' Gerrit Cole releases exciting injury update

The New York Yankees had to play the entire 2025 MLB season without Gerrit Cole.

He underwent Tommy John surgery after a spring training injury and couldn't contribute at all.

The good news is that Cole is working his way back.

On his Instagram, he shared footage of him throwing off a mound:
