The Pacific Northwest remained under an atmospheric river on Saturday, with the National Weather Service (NWS) issuing warnings for heavy rain , snow and gusty winds across several states.
"The Pacific Northwest will see the heaviest precipitation across the country as an atmospheric river and cold front are presently moving ashore," NWS said on Saturday.
