OTTAWA COUNTY, Mich. — One man is seriously hurt and another is in custody after a crash in Park Township late Friday night.

Around 11:55 p.m. on Friday, the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office (OCSO) was called to South Shore Drive and 32nd Street for a single-vehicle crash.

The Park Township Fire Department and AMR also responded to the crash.

Deputies arrived at the scene and found the passenger, a 19-year-old Holland man, in serious condition. He was transported to a Grand Rapids hospital by AMR and AeroMed.

The driver, a 20-year-old Holland man, was medically cleared and taken into custody.

The crash is under investigation by OCSO.
