New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah believed that NDA would form the government in Bihar by winning 160 out of 243 assembly seats and would retain power for the fifth time since 2005.
Shah also hailed Bihar’s audience by quoting them as ‘the most politically aware state in the country.’ He expressed confidence ahead of the elections by giving a report card for Bihar’s progress, including infrastructure development.
Bihar witnessed four bridges being built on the Ganga, and 10 more are on the plan list, creating employment, advancing law and order, and diminishing Maoist violence.
Shah also pointed out that in previous governments, the main discussions were about murders, robbery, and loot, but now under the NDA’s regime, the discussion is about the progress of the state.
