New Delhi: Ukraine’s intelligence agency (HUR) attacked a 400-km fuel pipeline near the Russian capital, Moscow, on Friday, October 31. The pipeline is called the Ring.

This attack has disrupted the supply of petrol, diesel, and aviation fuel to the Russian military. The attack simultaneously destroyed all three main pipelines in the southeast of Moscow.

Air defence did not work

Drone interception systems and armed guards were deployed there, but all failed. Now the pipeline is completely blocked, and the Russian military is unable to access fuel.
