Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor faces mounting pressure and public condemnation over his connections with convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and allegations he sexually assaulted Virginia Giuffre.

Although he has strenuously rejected these claims, the disclosure that he paid virtually nothing in rent for the Royal Lodge across more than twenty years has rendered his situation unsustainable.

This week, Buckingham Palace confirmed that King Charles is proceeding through legal channels to officially strip his younger sibling of his Royal honours and that Andrew must vacate his Royal Lodge residence.
