A house that sold for $1.2 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Teaneck in the past week.

During the past week, a total of nine residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $727,447. The average price per square foot was $383.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
