Democrat Lawmaker Scolds Trolls To Leave JD Vance’s Family Out of the Political Fray

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) is defending Vice President JD Vance’s wife, Usha [Vance] , and their children from online trolls who have been speculating over their religion.

Khanna posted to X on Saturday, “No one has been harsher on @JDVance policy than I have. But his wife is an accomplished daughter of immigrants and they have young kids. Attack on the policies. Leave his family out of it.”

The spotlight was thrust on Usha Vance, who was raised in the Hindu faith by Telugu Indian immigrant parents, after the vice president expressed a desire for her to convert to Christianity and join him in the Catholic church.
