Disaster recovery merger: Cotton Holdings, Inc. , a global leader in infrastructure support and disaster response services, announced Thursday that it has been acquired by the Sullivan Brothers Family of Companies from Sun Capital Partners, Inc.
Under the new ownership, both firms plan to expand their combined capabilities in disaster recovery and emergency response, aiming to strengthen service delivery for communities and businesses affected by catastrophic events.
