WOODSTOCK, N.Y. — Highway Superintendent Donald Allen said he considers the lack of approval to sell two “surplussed” trucks and small items such as outdated repair manuals as a sign of how dysfunctional the Town Board is.

Allen expressed his sentiments during the Tuesday, Oct. 28, board meeting. He singled out Councilman Bennet Ratcliff and Councilwoman Anula Courtis for delaying votes.

“You guys don’t trust me, and I don’t understand it,” Allen said. “I’ve never done anything to you folks. Nothing.”
