PORT HURON, MI — Every time slot was filled Saturday, Nov. 1 as Force Against Hunger returned to Blue Water Martial Arts for its ninth annual Star Wars–themed charity event.
Groups of eight adventurers set out every 15 minutes — four groups each hour — from 10 a.m. until the last launch at 3:30 p.m., totaling 176 participants. Each group was guided by one of five different character hosts, including Dash Rendar and D-16, leading families through a 40-minute interactive adventure across themed rooms and “galactic” challenges.
