SPOKANE, Wash. – Taco Johns announced that it would give away special free food to anyone impacted by the government shutdown and in need of a meal between October 31 and November 2.

Customers in need of food can choose between a beef or bean burrito and one Jr. Potato Oles to eat for free.

No documentation is required and no questions will be asked, said Taco John’s announcement.

The offer is called the Community Support Special and is available during store hours between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Additionally, the Taco John’s Foundation said it would donate to local food banks for every Taco Bravo sold on November 6.
