An explosion early Saturday morning rocked a Harvard Medical School building in Boston, authorities said. No injuries were reported.

The blast occurred shortly before 3 a.m. on the fourth floor of the Goldenson Building on the university’s Longwood Campus, according to The Harvard Crimson. Two individuals were seen fleeing the scene at the time of the explosion, the Harvard University Police Department said.

A campus officer attempted to stop them but was unsuccessful before entering the building to respond to the alarm, The Boston Globe reported.

The Boston Fire Department later determined the explosion was intentional. A sweep of the building found no additional devices, officials said.
