The Dodgers are sticking with the same lineup for the winner-take-all Game 7 that they ran out there in Friday night’s Game 6 win over the Blue Jays in Toronto.
That includes Tommy Edman in center field and Miguel Rojas at second base, the latter involved in several key defensive plays during Game 6, including “one heck of a pick” (per Will Smith) at second base on the game-ending double play.
“In these kind of games, you’ve always got to do your part. It doesn’t matter what you do. It can be on the defensive side, it can be on the offensive side, it can be on the bases,” Rojas told reporters in the clubhouse at Rogers Centre on Friday. “You gotta kind of play the game, play one pitch at a time, and don’t take any pitches off.
