We're starting off November with a weather pattern that brings a few unusual conditions for this time of year across the region. We've been closely monitoring the potential for freezing temperatures, especially for areas in southeast Missouri, where a Frost Advisory has been issued for Carter and Wayne counties for early Sunday morning. Elsewhere in our viewing area, conditions are iffy for widespread freezing, but it's certainly still a possibility.
The primary concern for frost tonight revolves around how clear the skies become behind today's storm system. Winds are expected to be light tonight where skies do clear, which could lead to good radiational cooling.
