A mass shooting has left two people dead and at least six others with injuries on Saturday (November 1). ‌

The horror violence occurred on the popular Greek island of Crete, with the shooting erupting just after 11am. Officials have confirmed that the shooting stemmed from a longstanding family dispute in the quaint village of Vorizia. ‌

The settlement lies 32 miles south of Heraklion, the island's principal city. The victims, a 39-year-old man and a 56-year-old woman,
