SEATTLE — Thousands of people are without power scattered around western Washington as an atmospheric river brought heavy rain and gusty winds overnight Friday into Saturday.

Power outages as of 8 p.m.:

Seattle City Light: 659 customers

Puget Sound Energy: 38 customers

Snohomish PUD: 884 customers

Tacoma Public Utilities: 100 customers

Tanner Electric: Around 378 customers

In addition, a Flood Watch has been issued for Mason, Skagit, Whatcom, King, and Snohomish counties Friday night through Saturday night.
