WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - The Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport is hosting a food and supply drive.
The airport is asking for donations of non-perishable food and household essentials. These items will be handed out to people affected by the ongoing federal government shutdown, including workers who are currently not getting paid.
This comes as the USDA announced that November SNAP benefits would not be distributed if the government shutdown continued.
