TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - The Tucson Police Department is investigating after they say a person was shot at an apartment complex.

The TPD says it happened in the 4200 block of North 1st Avenue.

Police say one gunshot patient was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police say right now it appears the shooting was the result of an altercation that happened at or in an apartment.
